科室简介：　　呼吸与危重症医学科多年来主要从事：①慢性阻塞性肺疾病的规范化治疗和康复营养治疗;②哮喘的规范化联合治疗;③睡眠呼吸暂停综合症的诊断和治疗;④肺部感染性疾病的诊断与治疗;⑤肺间质性疾病的诊断与治疗;⑥肺癌的诊断、联合治疗方案制定及化疗;⑦纤维支气管镜检查及气道介入治疗;⑧呼吸衰竭及心肺相关危重症的抢救与康复治疗;⑨肺血栓栓塞症与肺动脉高压的诊断和与治疗。

　　重点学科----呼吸与危重症医学专业

　　首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院呼吸与危重症医学科是医院重点科室，主要收治支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺心病、肺血栓栓塞症、肺癌、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、肺炎、胸腔积液、气胸、肺动脉高压、各种类型的间质性肺疾病和肺血管疾病，以及心肺危重症。呼吸重症监护室(RICU)承担全院，特别是心脏外科术后危重症患者的救治工作。对急性大面积肺血栓栓塞症、急性呼吸衰竭、重症哮喘的抢救成功率居国内领先水平。

　　一、人员组成

　　专科医师27名，其中主任医师6名，副主任医师9名，主治医师9名，住院医师3名

　　教授2名，副教授3名，硕士生导师2名

　　博士6名，硕士19名

　　主管护师8名，主管技师1名，护士29名

　　二、临床条件

　　床位共47张，其中普通呼吸科床位41张，RICU 6张

　　设有肺功能室、支气管镜室、睡眠障碍诊疗室

　　每年收治各种普通呼吸病1400余例，各种呼吸等危重症100余例。

　　呼吸科除每日的专科门诊，包括COPD、哮喘、睡眠障碍、呼吸危重症和戒烟特色门诊，门诊月工作量3000余例次。

　　设备设施：美国NPB 8403台、西门子Servo i2台、GE6 Dru 3而等大型多功能呼吸机台，美国伟康BiPAP Vision等无创呼吸机20余台，全套心肺监护中心监护设备，可昼夜对危重症患者进行监测和分析。以及Picco、肺功能仪、体积描记仪、运动肺功能仪、呼吸睡眠监测仪、动脉血气、纤维支气管镜和电子支气管镜等先进设备。

　　Department of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine

　　The Department of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine is an important division of Anzhen Hospital. It provides better medical care to patients varied airway, lung and thoracic diseases, and provides comprehensive care for all critical ill patients in our hospital and develops the innovative research as well. The In- Patient Departments admit about 1400 patients into general respiratory medicine word, and 80 into respiratory intensive care unit (RICU). The Out-Patient Department provides excellent service for about 3000 patients with respiratory diseases monthly. In addition, we also provide featured clinic services for such patients as with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, sleep disorders and respiratory deficiency. Since 2008, we also have smoking cessation clinic to provide advise and medication for all smokers.

　　1. Medical Staff

　　27 pulmonary physicians, including 6 chief, 9 associated chief, 9 attending physicians. 6 staff members have doctoral degree, 19 have master degree.

　　37registered nurses including 8 nurse-in-charges; 1 senior laboratory technician.

　　2. Clinical facilities

　　37 general ward beds, 6 ICU beds

　　Pulmonary function testing Lab, fibro bronchoscope Lab and sleep disorder diagnosis and treatment center, all are well equipped with many advanced medical equipments.

　　Medical equipments:

　　Ten mechanical ICU venyilators, including NPB 840 and Siemens Servo 300A, and 10 noninvasive positive pressure ventilators, including BiPAP Vision, et al. Other equipments are pulmonary function test machine, plethysmography, exercise pulmonary function test machine, sleep monitoring machine, Olympus bronchofibroscope and electronic bronchoscope.

　　呼吸与危重症医学科近年承担国自然 、北京市科委基础研究重点项目3项、北京市自然科学基金2项、北京市教委科研资金2项、北京市科委留学回国人员科研择优资助项目2项，教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金1项以及北京市高教局科研基金等多项课题研究。并参加国家“十一五”和“十二五”肺动脉高压的基础与临床研究，已培养硕士生26名，目前在读研究生7名。培养进修生超过百名，本科生千余名。近10年来，已发表论文300余篇，主编或参编专著18部。作为国家药理基地近年来承担并完成国际多中心临床药物研究10项、国内II期、III期药物临床研究6项。

　　Ongoing research: The Department is funded by Beijing Science and Technology fund, Beijing Nature Science Fund, Beijing Education Committee Fund, the State Education Ministry Scientific Research Foundation for the Returned Overseas Chinese Scholars and Beijing High Education Bureau Fund.

　　Post-graduate education: 18 master degree post-graduates have graduated from this department, and currently 8 are being trained.

　　One first-class prize of Award from Beijing Health Bureau.

　　More than 300 original articles of scientific research, 18 monographs have been published.
