简介：王增军，主任医师，教授，博士生导师，任职于南京医科大学第一附属医院（江苏省人民医院）泌尿外科及男科及江苏省人民医院临床生殖中心，江苏省人类精子库主任，泌尿外科主任，2003年-2006年留学美国北卡大学教堂山分校生殖医学实验室，擅长泌尿生殖系统肿瘤微创治疗，前列腺疾病，男性勃起障碍疾病，男性不育症的诊治。任美国泌尿外科学会会员，亚太性医学会员，中国性学会委员，中国抗癌协会泌尿生殖常委，中国医师协会男科委员，中华医学会泌尿外科学分会基础研究学组委员，中华医学会泌尿外科学分会国际交流委员，江苏省男科学会副主任委员，江苏省性学会常委，江苏省中西医结合学会生殖医学分会常务委员，江苏省泌尿外科医疗质量控制中心副主任，江苏省“青蓝工程”中青年学科带头人，江苏省医学重点人才，江苏省“333工程”第三层次培养人才，江苏省“六大”高峰人才。中华实验外科杂志，JARG，BBRC及中华临床医师杂志特约编委及南京医科大学学报，实用医药杂志，现代医学杂志编委。2009年和2010年和2013年分别主持国家自然科学基金面上项目三项，2006年主持国家“十一五”科技支撑计划子课题一项，发表第一作者和通讯作者SCI论文40篇，国内核心期刊论文56篇。1998开始进行“环形结肠全膀胱置换术”研究获江苏省科技进步三等奖；2003年主持“腹腔镜下肾上腺肿瘤切除术”获卫生厅医学新技术引进二等奖；2009年开展“睾丸鞘膜移植治疗阴茎Peyronies病”及2010年“精囊镜应用于精囊疾病的诊断和治疗”均获江苏省人民医院新技术引进奖三等和二等奖。2008年精液液化的分子机制获得江苏省科技进步三等奖；2010年“前列腺癌的基础研究与临床”获江苏省科技进步三等奖；2014年“男科常见疾病技术创新和关键技术应用”获江苏省科技进步二等奖。2010年利用口腔黏膜移植治疗长段复杂性尿道闭锁患者。2009年对精道梗阻性疾病进行研究，发现附睾特异性生物标记物Eppin可作为附睾梗阻的指标，利用测定精浆中Eppin鉴别梗阻性无精子症, 发表在2011年国际男科学杂志Andrologia, 2011 Oct;43(5):346-52, Eppin有望成为临床上新的诊断梗阻性无精子症患者的新方法，该设想在国际医学假设杂志 Med Hypotheses.2010 发表,将内窥镜应用于精囊疾病的诊断和治疗，提出射精管扩张治疗因射精管梗阻引起的少精及反复复发性精囊炎的治疗新思路对确诊的射精管梗阻的患者，采用精囊镜下扩张射精管来治疗因射精管梗阻造成的无精子或少精不育患者，这种新的方法和技术发表在国际泌尿外科权威杂志英国泌尿外科杂志BJU Int. 2010 Jul;108(2):263-62010 , 我们还利用射精管扩张技术，探索治疗顽固性血精以及反复发作的复发性精囊炎患者的效果,该经验总结发表国际腔镜杂志J Endourol. 2011 ,25(11):1815-1818,对于附睾平面或者输精管梗阻开展显微外科吻合技术，对于器质性勃起功能障碍患者开展三件套阴茎假体植入术，隧道式阴茎背静脉包埋治疗静脉瘘性阳痿，TVT-O治疗压力性尿失禁手术。近期发表的SCI论文
